Order Cancellation

✔ Before Production Begins
If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, we will gladly process a full refund—no questions asked. Simply reach out to us via email or phone, and we’ll cancel your order right away.

✔ After Production Starts
Once production is underway, cancellations may not be fully eligible for a refund. However, depending on the stage of production, we’ll review the situation and may offer a partial refund wherever possible.

Refunds

✔ Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or brief details to better understand the issue. After reviewing, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

✔ Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong packaging? We’re truly sorry! Let us know immediately, and we will either send a corrected order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

✔ Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom packaging, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom products, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Each custom order is tailored specifically to your brand and cannot be resold or reused.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment, and may take a few additional days to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your provider.

Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damage in transit), we’ll cover all return shipping costs.

✔ For Other Returns
In rare cases where we approve a return for non-defective or undamaged items, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
